After extensive testing and multiple design iterations, we created an intake that eliminates the restrictions found in other aftermarket designs. Our system starts at a full 4 inches and smoothly transitions to the exact factory inlet size while being fully port matched with no restrictions. This creates a seamless, unrestricted path from filter to supercharger. A rubber plug is included to block off the area where the factory intake tube entered the bed, stopping he collection of debris inside the old intake box at the bed. 

We use premium carbon fiber twill weave for both the intake tube and filter guard. WHy We choose Carbon fiber for our cold air intakes! Carbon fiber dissipates heat far better than silicone, reducing intake air temperatures and preventing power robbing heat soak especially important in high boost, hot engine bay environments. Carbon is also extremely strong, won’t collapse under high vacuum, and is far more resistant to punctures from debris compared to silicone.

Built specifically for the supercharged Kawasaki H2, this is our flagship Carbon Race Intake, engineered for riders and racers who demand maximum airflow, and power. A precisely engineered fluorolined silicone coupler connects the carbon tube directly to the supercharger inlet. Every connection is barbed for maximum security while minimizing joints to reduce the possible leak points. We include a black anodized billet mount that uses factory chassis locations for a rock solid, clean installation.

Proven Performance: We don’t make false claims, we provide real dyno proof. With a KWI Hyperdrive clutch kit, this intake helped to deliver a +10 HP gain while improving throttle response and supercharger efficiency. Even without a tune, you’ll feel the bolt-on performance immediately. By itself we were seeing horsepower gains of around 5-6 HP.

Designed to Perform:

• The intake guard is not mounted to body panels, a critical detail since those are high impact zones during tip overs. This protects both the guard and the intake itself, But most importantly keeps the air filter itself protected from damage like punctures and tears.
  
• We use genuine S&B high flow cotton dry filters (cleanable & extendable) paired with our RPM Hydrophobic pre-filter. Mud, sand, and water slide right off, keeping the main filter cleaner longer in real world dune, desert, racing, and trail abuse.
  
• Our open guard design ensures the intake never starves for air even during hard launches, aggressive turns, or low-speed situations where ram air designs fail and cause air flow restrictions.
