ARP2000 Cylinder Head Studs Built for RZR XP and XP Turbo Power
Stock head bolts on a Polaris RZR Turbo or XP Turbo were never built for big power engines. Add a turbo upgrade, more boost, or aggressive tuning, and cylinder pressure climbs past what factory hardware can handle. Inferior quality head studs stretch under that pressure and lose clamp load, and that is when premature head gasket failure shows up on the trail or at the track. ARP2000 alloy steel fixes that problem at the source. Heat-treated at a higher level than standard 8740 chromoly, rated to 220,000 psi clamp load, and used widely in short track and drag racing applications for a reason.
Fit matters as much as material. Head studs for the Polaris RZR XP and RZR XP Turbo are manufactured to such exacting tolerances that cylinder heads literally glide into position and stay perfectly aligned during installation, something that will not happen with a mismatched or budget kit. On the XP Turbo and Pro XP platform, there is not much material in the block to enlarge the stud significantly, so an 11mm stud hits the ideal size needed to maximize clamping force without sacrificing block integrity. Kits include head studs, nuts, and washers, and some step up to ARP CA-625 alloy rated to 260,000 psi for engines built toward 300 to 400 horsepower.

FAQ
What are UTV head studs, and why upgrade from stock?
UTV head studs replace factory head bolts with a stronger fastener that stretches less under cylinder pressure. Once boost, or a turbo upgrade, pushes cylinder pressure past what stock bolts can hold, head studs become the ideal solution, and every kit here is tested to hold its rated load before it ships.
Will these head studs fit my Polaris RZR Turbo?
Yes. Kits in this collection are built for the Polaris RZR Turbo, RZR XP, XP Turbo, and Pro XP platforms, with sizing matched to each engine. Check the fitment listed on each product page before you order, since torque specs and thread engagement vary slightly by model year, and getting that right is what keeps reliability high.
What is the difference between ARP2000 and ARP CA-625 head studs?
ARP studs are graded by alloy, and the comparison comes down to how much power your engine makes. ARP2000 alloy steel is rated to 220,000 psi and is the standard upgrade for most RZR XP and XP Turbo builds. Note that ARP CA-625 alloy pushes tensile strength and toughness even higher at 260,000 psi, with a longer fatigue cycle life for engines built toward 300 to 400 horsepower.
Do head stud kits include nuts and washers?
Yes. A complete kit includes head studs, nuts, and hardened washers sized to match, features that add real durability and keep you from hunting down extra parts mid-install. Some kits also include new gaskets, though that varies by product, so check the listing for what ships in the box.
Can I install UTV head studs myself?
Many riders install head studs at home with basic hand tools and a torque wrench, though it does mean pulling the cylinder head off your vehicle. Installation videos are posted on most product pages, and it is worth a careful review of the torque sequence before you tighten anything down.
What brands of head studs does Fueled UTV carry?
Fueled UTV stocks ARP-based head stud kits from Evolution Powersports and other leading names in UTV engine hardware. Each kit is sized for a specific engine platform, so check the fitment on each product page rather than assuming compatibility across models.
Do first-time customers get a discount on their first order?
Fueled UTV occasionally runs first-order promotions for new customers, and any active offer will show at checkout or on the homepage banner. Sign up for emails if you want to catch these deals before they end, since they are not tied to any specific product page.
