UTV Covers by Fit and Use
This collection runs from full-machine storage covers to trailerable covers to the smaller component covers that protect specific parts of your rig. Universal covers from Nelson Rigg and Moose Utility Division fit by dimension, so one cover works across a wide range of sport and utility machines. Model-specific covers from Polaris, Kemimoto, and Kawasaki are cut for a single rig and drop on without measuring anything. Use the filters on the left to pull up only the covers that fit your RZR, Maverick X3, Ranger, Ridge, or Xpedition.
Haul your machine on an open trailer, and the trailerable covers are where to start. Polaris builds them for the Ranger, the RZR XP 1000, and the Xpedition in 2- and 5-seat fits, and Kawasaki makes one for the Ridge Crew. For a machine that sits in a garage or out behind the shop, the storage covers do the job at a lower price. The Nelson Rigg Defender Extreme Pro fits sport and utility UTVs at or below 72 inches wide, with UltraMax fabric and heat-taped waterproof seams. The Moose Utility Division cover comes in 2-seater and 4-seater sizes with a water-resistant coating and a snug elastic hem, though it is marked not trailerable. Both run a Perma-vent system and a driver-side zipper for cab access. Sorting across the top also brings up seat covers, soft cab enclosures, and component covers for exhaust, intake vents, and batteries.

FAQ
What does a UTV cover protect against?
A UTV cover keeps sun, rain, dust, pollen, and tree sap off your machine while it sits. UV exposure is the slow killer, fading plastics and drying out seats over a season or two outdoors. Covers also keep dirt and moisture out of the cab between rides.
What is the difference between a storage cover and a trailerable UTV cover?
Storage covers are built for a parked machine and are not rated for towing. Trailerable covers, like the Polaris Ranger and Kawasaki Ridge Crew options, use heavier construction and tie-down points that hold at highway speed. The Moose Utility Division cover is labeled not trailerable, so check the product page before you strap it down.
How do I know what size UTV cover I need?
Measure your machine's length, width, and height, then match those numbers to the listing. The Nelson Rigg Defender Extreme Pro fits most sport and utility UTVs up to 72 inches wide, while the Moose Utility Division 4-seater fits machines up to 148 inches long. Model-specific covers from Polaris, Kemimoto, and Kawasaki skip the measuring entirely.
Are UTV covers waterproof?
It depends on the cover. The Nelson Rigg Defender Extreme Pro uses heat-taped seams that are completely waterproof, while the Moose Utility Division cover uses a water-resistant coating rated for light rain, dust, and dirt. Check the individual listing before you count on it in heavy weather.
Do you carry UTV covers for 2-seater and 4-seater machines?
Yes. Moose Utility Division makes UTV covers in both 2-seater and 4-seater versions, and Polaris offers trailerable covers in 2-seat and 5-seat fitments for the Xpedition. Universal covers like the Nelson Rigg are sized by machine dimensions rather than seat count.
Can I leave a UTV cover on my machine outside?
You can, as long as the cover vents. Trapped condensation under a sealed cover is harder on paint and upholstery than no cover at all, which is why the Nelson Rigg uses Perma-Venting and the Moose Utility Division cover uses a Perma-vent system to keep air moving. Pull the cover off after a wet ride and let the machine dry before you cover it back up.
What comes with a UTV cover from Fueled UTV?
Many of our UTV covers include a compression bag, which packs the cover down small enough for a garage shelf, a shed, or the back of the truck. Certain products, like the Nelson Rigg Defender Extreme Pro, come with a lifetime warranty. Coverage varies by brand, so read the terms on the product page.
