UTV Belt Storage Cases and Spare Belt Mounts
A broken CVT belt on the trail doesn't have to end your ride. The best way to handle it is to carry a spare, and the best way to carry a spare is to keep it in proper UTV belt storage. Loose belts stuffed in a door bag, glove box, or under a seat pick up dirt, mud, and dust that wear down the rubber and shorten belt life before you ever install it. A dedicated storage box or bag keeps the belt clean, dry, and in shape so it's actually ready when the clutches let go. Options at Fueled UTV cover everything from the Savage UTV belt case, which locks airtight, is IP67 waterproof, holds two UTV belts, and mounts to any size roll cage or flat surface, to cage-mounted bags with reflective strips for low-light visibility on the trail.
Not every rider needs the same solution. Soft bags like the Kemimoto CVT belt storage bag and the PRP spare belt bag use adjustable straps to mount to the roll cage and include pocket space for tools. Hard cases like the Savage UTV belt case and the SuperATV UTV belt case protect the belt from heat and impact while keeping it locked and secure. The SuperATV case uses heavy-duty aluminum clamps to fasten to your machine's frame and holds two belts along with the tools needed to change them. Some options like the Moose Utility spare belt mount fit belts between 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" wide and install without tools, so you can pull and replace a belt on the trail without digging through cargo. Shop the full line and find the right UTV belt storage setup for your machine, your ride, and your budget.

FAQ
What is the best way to store a spare UTV belt?
A hard-sided, airtight UTV belt case is the most protective option. Cases like the Savage UTV belt case are IP67 waterproof and lockable, and they mount to the roll cage or a flat surface to keep dirt, dust, and moisture away from the rubber so the belt stays in shape until you need it.
Can I mount a UTV belt storage bag to my roll cage?
Yes. Most belt storage bags and cases are designed to mount to the roll cage or roll bar using adjustable straps or clamps. The Kemimoto CVT belt bag uses four adjustable non-slip straps to secure tightly to the cage, and the SuperATV belt case clamps directly to the frame with heavy-duty aluminum hardware.
Does storing a CVT belt in a glove box or door bag damage it?
It can. CVT belts stored in unprotected spaces like a glove box or door bag are exposed to mud, dust, and debris that break down the rubber over time. A dedicated UTV belt storage box keeps the belt protected and in round shape so it's ready to install when your stock belt breaks on the trail.
What brands of UTV belt storage does Fueled UTV carry?
Fueled UTV stocks belt storage from Savage UTV, SuperATV, Kemimoto, PRP, Moose Utility, UTVMA, and NRP, among others. Price and protection level vary by brand, so there are options whether you want a budget bag or a lockable hard case.
Will a Savage UTV belt case fit all CVT belts?
Not all. Polaris RZR Pro R, Arctic Cat Wildcat XX, and Kawasaki KRX belts do not fit in the standard Savage UTV belt case. Those machines fit the Savage Revolve Case instead. Check the fitment details on the product page before you order.
Do UTV belt storage bags have room for tools?
Many do. The SuperATV belt case holds two spare belts plus the small tools needed to change them. The PRP universal spare belt bag includes an inner storage space for tools as well. If carrying a zip tie, strap, or belt-change tools matters to you, look for a bag or case with a dedicated tool pocket.
How do I know when to replace my UTV belt?
Replace your CVT belt if you notice slipping under load, visible cracking or fraying, glazing on the belt surface, or a burning smell from the clutch area. Heat, mud, and hard riding all wear a belt faster. Having a spare in proper UTV belt storage means you can swap it on the trail instead of waiting for a ride back.
