L&W Fab Polaris RZR Pro XP Long Travel Kit

Suspension upgrade designed for the Polaris RZR PRO XP off-road vehicle. The kit typically includes upgraded A-arms, high-clearance radius rods, heavy-duty tie-rods, and upgraded shocks, among other components. These upgrades increase the suspension travel and ground clearance of the vehicle, improving its off-road capabilities and allowing it to handle rough terrain with greater ease.

Bolt on installation.
No drilling required
This kit adds 4” to each side of a PRO XP giving it a 72” width with stock offset wheels.
Adds 3.5” to the wheelbase..
Front and Rear keep factory shock location.
Can use factory PRO XP bushings and factory ball joints.
Only Steel Parts ( A Arms and Trailing Arms will come powder coated ). Additional add on charge for powder coating radius rods is available.

Kit includes:

Front upper and lower A arms. (Non- Adjustable)( Stock size ball joints only. These are not offered for Mega Ball Joints)
Set of Tie Rods with L&W HD rebuild-able inner joints.
High Clearance Steel HD Trailing Arms
High Clearance Billet Aluminum Radius Rods with adjustable uppers.
