KWI Kawasaki H2 Fusion Secondary Clutch

The Next Evolution of Kawasaki H2 Clutching
The KWI Fusion H2 Secondary is the next evolution in clutching for the Kawasaki H2 built for riders and racers who demand unmatched efficiency, adjustability, durability, and real-world performance.

Engineered from the ground up using KWI’s proven Floating Clutch Technology, the Fusion H2 brings true floating-secondary performance to the Kawasaki H2 platform. This system allows the secondary clutch to self-align with the primary under load, reducing side-load and friction while delivering smoother shifting, lower belt temperatures, improved belt life, and more efficient power transfer.

The Fusion H2 utilizes our proven DR3 Groovix Helix, delivering aggressive backshift, improved belt grip, enhanced cooling, and consistent RPM control under extreme riding conditions. Combined with the floating secondary system, the Fusion H2 frees up wheel horsepower while improving overall drivability and clutch efficiency.

One of the biggest advantages of the Fusion H2 platform is its ability to alter final gearing through belt selection. Depending on the belt used, riders can achieve up to a 10% gear reduction for improved low-speed control and crawling performance.

Gates KRX 47R4738 Belt: Approximately 5% gear reduction
OEM Pro R Belt: Approximately 15% gear reduction
This gives riders the ability to fine-tune their machine for dunes, desert, trails, rock crawling, or high-speed applications without changing internal gearbox components.

Product Description
The Fusion H2 Secondary is a Patent Pending, full billet floating secondary clutch designed to bring Kawasaki H2 clutching to KWI standards.

This clutch utilizes KWI’s floating hub system, allowing controlled lateral movement on the gearbox shaft to maintain optimal belt alignment under all load conditions. The result is smoother RPM transitions, less belt wear, lower operating temperatures, and more consistent clutch performance in demanding terrain.

Paired with the proven DR3 Groovix Helix, the Fusion H2 delivers aggressive backshift, strong belt grab, and exceptional cooling performance.

The Fusion H2 also includes KWI’s Kwik Change Belt Tool, allowing faster and easier belt changes in the field.

Additionally, the Fusion H2 features a Quick Release Helix Cover, simplifying clutch housing removal and making maintenance and tuning significantly easier.

As Steve Cornell of Cornell Customs stated: The KWI Clutching Billet Primary and Secondary work amazing! We were able to get 15% lower gearing and still run 100 mph, it’s so adjustable, we were able to set it up for crawling with very low belt engagement right off idle.
Why It Matters: Factory secondary clutches are fixed and can become inefficient under load, creating additional belt heat, inconsistent RPM control, and unnecessary belt wear.

The Fusion H2 Floating Secondary allows the clutch to naturally self-align throughout the shift cycle, creating cleaner belt-to-sheave contact and more efficient power transfer.

The result is a clutch system that runs cooler, shifts smoother, grips harder, and gives riders true tuning flexibility for any terrain or riding style.
