HCR’s Dual Sport Maverick X3 64" to 72" Conversion Kit is designed to give your 64” model the stature and capability of the 72” X3. HCR’s signature high-clearance A-arm and trailing arm design increases ground clearance 1.5 inches. Optimized approach angles help your machine clear obstacles more easilty. All the suspension components are built from HCR's proprietary Elite alloy, a custom material that delivers 30% greater yield and tensile strength than 4130 chromoly. Multiple treatments increase wear resistance and overall durability—you get a suspension that's built to handle wild terrain.

Improved Shock Tower: HCR includes an upgraded shock tower with your suspension upgrades. Improved durability supports your shocks, providing improved rigidity all around.

Includes Rhino 2.0 Axles: Your new suspension needs longer, stronger axles. This conversion kit comes with complete Rhino 2.0 Axles from SuperATV. These heavy-duty axles use chromoly steel and oversized components. They’re widely trusted for extreme riding applications.

Comes with ZRP Heavy-Duty Tie Rods: These tie rods feature a large diameter 7075 tie rod body with a 17-4 clevis, 17-4 custom-made hardware and high strength heim joints. They’re designed for the high-octane riding the X3 is built for.
