These Polaris Xpedition/Ranger 1.5″ Wheel Spacers are made for your newer Polaris Ranger XD 1500 or Xpedition (all models), as they switched to a 5 lug, 5×114.3 wheel pattern with a M12 x 1.5 lug pitch.

Our precision machined wheel spacers are made from top-notch 6061-T6 aluminum. They fit a 5×114.3 bolt pattern, which is new for the 2024+ Polaris Ranger XD 1500, but common for all Polaris Pro R/Turbo R/Pro S and Polaris Xpedition models. Unlike those boring OEM set-ups, our Polaris wheel spacers give you the perfect extension, keeping your tires from rubbing on suspension components or the frame during those wild turns. Even when you’re tackling bumps, whoops, and aggressive terrain, we’ve got you covered!

To ensure perfect symmetry, we offer our wheel spacers in pairs. Remember, follow the recommended torque settings when fastening your wheels to the spacers and spindle. And of course, always give your wheels a good torque- we recommend 95ft lbs. If you wanna be extra thoroughly or are driving hard for a long duration, we recommend some blue/medium grade locktite as well.
