High-Quality Ingredients: This XD 1500 long travel kit comes with everything you need for an easy-install. You’ll get our Atlas Pro A-Arms, tie rods, axles, bushings, and four Rhino 2.0 Axles. All of these parts outperform OEM. The only thing you’ll need to worry about is ball joints—which you can order preinstalled!
Atlas Pro A-Arms: Our Atlas Pro A-Arms are built to take a beating and look good doing it. They have a massive 1.5” diameter tubing—0.25” bigger than our standard A-arms. The 0.138” wall thickness and UV-resistant powder coating add even more toughness while making them perfect for tough terrain.
Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods: We can’t say it’s the ultimate long travel kit if we don’t have the heavy-duty parts to back it up. Our billet aluminum hex tie rod kit is strong, lightweight, and looks damn good. Plus, the heat-treated chromoly tie rod ends reinforce the weakest point of your steering.

Heavy-Duty Ball Joints: Our heavy-duty ball joints are built to handle whatever you throw at them. They’re made from super-strong 4340 VAR steel and are zinc-plated to stand up to wear and tear. They’re adjustable and have easy-access grease zerks, so they’re easy to maintain. They can withstand twice the force of a stock ball joint.
Super Duty 300M Ball Joints: We used ultra-tough 300M grade steel and paired it with precision engineering to build one of the strongest ball joints on the market. They feature an adjustable steel-on-steel design and easy to reach grease zerk for quick maintenance. And with strength rated at 2.25 times stronger than stock—they’re built to outperform and outlast.
Keller Ball Joints: Keller Ball Joints have a two-piece design that eliminates the need for a snap ring. They thread directly onto your A-arms like a nut and bolt, making them nearly impossible to pull out. They’re built with a tough chromoly steel stud and an advanced tool-steel body, so they’re ideal for larger machines, bigger tires, and heavier rides. Plus, they’re greaseable and rebuildable, so you can keep them running smoothly for the long haul.
