The SDI E-Link Switch System gives you direct control over the rear sway bar on your CFMoto Zforce Z10 or Zforce Z10-4. Lock or unlock the rear sway bar directly from the cab without stopping, exiting the vehicle, or manually disconnecting suspension hardware.

Lock the rear sway bar when additional stability and body control are needed. Unlock it when the terrain demands greater independent rear suspension movement and articulation.

Designed for drivers who prefer direct control instead of automatic terrain-mode operation, the Switch E-Link system delivers the performance benefits of electronic sway bar control through a simple in-cab switch. A red blinking indicator lets the driver know when the rear sway bar is unlocked.

Stop Choosing One Fixed Sway Bar Setup: Fixed rear sway bar links force a compromise between stability and suspension articulation.

A connected rear sway bar improves body control during cornering, carving, side-hilling, and higher-speed driving. However, it can limit independent rear suspension movement over rocks, ruts, chop, and uneven terrain.

Unlocking the rear sway bar allows the rear wheels to move more independently, helping the suspension follow rough terrain. The tradeoff is increased body movement during cornering and other off-camber conditions.

The E-Link Switch System allows you to choose the setting that best matches the terrain directly from the cab.

How the E-Link Switch System Works: The system uses electronically actuated rear sway bar links controlled by an in-cab switch.

When the E-Links are locked, the rear sway bar functions like a traditional connected sway bar system. This improves body control and reduces vehicle roll during cornering and higher-speed driving.

When the E-Links are unlocked, the rear sway bar releases and allows greater independent wheel movement. This improves rear suspension articulation over rocks, ruts, transitions, and uneven terrain.
