After 8 months of decoding and testing, we have developed an absolutely amazing tune for the Ranger 1500 models. The performance switch on the dash remains fully functional. The great thing about the electronically controlled CVT transmission on this model is the fact that we can program the TCM to up shift at different RPMs depending on which mode you have the performance dash switch in.

The Ranger XD 1500 models have a security locked type ECU which cannot be tuned remotely using the ez lynk device, Dynojet device, or Gilomen I flash device at this time.  They can be tuned using the HP tuners MPVI 3 interface with the proper adaptor cable. The ECU unlock service is needed in order to install a tune with the HP tuners MPVI 3 interface.

• Engine protections left in place
• A/C function left in place for Northstar models
• Retains Turf mode
• Heater function works 100% if equipped
