At the core are Demon Heavy Duty Axles, trusted by riders across North America for their strength and longevity. Developed through years of R&D, these axles feature larger CV joints and shafts, a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage, and our proprietary dual heat treatment process. This construction offers a massive upgrade over OEM axles — stronger, smoother, and more reliable under pressure.

The advanced double plunge design allows the axles to slide on the bar splines, delivering up to 1.5 inches of travel and 40° articulation at the inboard joint, with 0.5 inches of travel and up to 47° swing on the outboard side. Perfect for uneven terrain, lifted suspension setups, and eX-Treme articulation.

We top it off with TPEE boots — far stronger and more resistant to fatigue and punctures than OEM rubber — and molybdenum grease to ensure consistent, low-friction performance in all conditions.

Pairing with this is the Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Ball Joint Race Spec, a race-spec component designed for high-stress, high-lift applications. Built from 300M stud material with a threaded 4340 chromoly body, it eliminates snap ring failure and ensures secure, long-lasting performance. Finished in zinc plating for corrosion resistance, the ball joint is adjustable, rebuildable, and greaseable, keeping your front end tight and trail-ready for the long haul.
