Designed to outperform OEM in every way, Demon Heavy Duty Axles are engineered with oversized CV joints and shafts, a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage, and a proprietary dual heat treatment process for unmatched strength and longevity. These axles feature a double plunge design, allowing them to slide along the bar splines for up to 1.5 inches of inboard travel and 40°–47° of articulation, depending on the model. Whether you’re tackling rocks, ruts, or deep mud, these axles deliver smooth, reliable performance across any terrain.

To keep you moving without worry, each axle is equipped with TPEE boots — far more puncture-, fatigue-, and temperature-resistant than OEM rubber — and lubricated with molybdenum grease for consistent, low-friction operation.

Paired with the axles are our Demon Heavy Duty Ball Joints — a proven upgrade for any lifted or hard-ridden machine. These ball joints are twice as strong as OEM, thanks to a full-body construction of dual heat-treated 4340 Chromoly Steel and protective zinc plating. The stud is thicker and resists deformation, while a built-in grease fitting ensures continued smooth operation. With an adjustable threaded cap, riders can dial in stud tension to match their riding style, making these joints not only durable, but also fully serviceable.
