CA Technologies Can-Am Maverick R Level 2 Suspension Kit
The CA Tech Level 2 Kit builds on our Level 1 package by adding high-clearance boxed lower control arms. This kit upgrades the Maverick R's steering linkage, rear radius rods, and front lower control arms in one package. Our lower control arms are built from 11-gauge Grade 50 structural steel and provide an additional 2.9 inches of ground clearance while retaining factory suspension geometry.
Kit Includes:
- High Clearance Radius Rods: Complete set of six 7075-T6 billet aluminum radius rods with FK heim joints, sway bar relocation brackets, double shear brackets, spacers, and installation hardware.
- Complete Tie Rod Kit: 7075 aluminum inner tie rods and steering rack flag, 4140 chromoly outer tie rod ends, FK joints, stainless steel spacers, and mounting hardware.

High Clearance Boxed Lower Control Arms: Heavy-duty steel construction with an additional 2.9 inches of ground clearance. Includes preinstalled UHMW bushings and stainless steel brake line mounting hardware.
Notes:
- The lower control arms use a relocated brake line mounting position on top of the arm, between the axle and control arm, to help protect the brake line from damage.
- Select the correct Maverick R year, model, and Ball Joint or Uniball configuration before ordering.
