Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports coil overs are specifically engineered to vastly improve the performance of your UTV. These direct fit shock and coil spring assemblies offer position-sensitive damping and 4-way adjustability, all features that will take your UTV to the next level. Black Hawk Powersports feature Bilstein's patented Zone Control position-sensitive technology that contains five independently tuned damping zones—three compression and two rebound. Zone Control incorporates an internal Jounce Cut Off system (JCO) which is effectively a 2-stage hydraulic bump stop. The JCO has a 10-position clicker that allows the rider to fine-tune bottom-out control. For rebound, Zone Control features a Rebound Cut Off (RCO) that acts to settle the vehicle at the final stage of suspension droop. The RCO will protect the damper, eliminating the need for a limit strap.

Black Hawk Powersports offer four unique external adjustments: high/low speed compression, rebound, and JCO—all easily accessible and ready for quick damping changes on the fly. Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports feature an all-aluminum design with gold finned reservoirs. All applications come with Dual Rate Coils and crossover nuts for easy ride height and spring preload adjustments. Black Hawk Powersports are completely serviceable and designed to be race-ready right out of the box. This extremely versatile coilover package will provide excellent comfort and unsurpassed bottom-out control.
