This AVID titanium hardware kit is a performance upgrade for the inner radius rod pivots on the Yamaha YXZ1000 equipped with the AVID YX3 conversion. It replaces the heavy factory steel hardware with precision made, lightweight, corrosion resistant titanium fasteners for improved durability, reduced wear, and long-term reliability in aggressive off-road conditions.

Each fastener is CNC-machined from Ti-6Al-4V titanium for consistent quality and proper fitment at every pivot location. This kit reduces weight, improves corrosion resistance, and provides a clean, long-lasting hardware solution for YX3 suspension systems.

For best results always use anti seize on the shank through all pivot locations and blue lock tite on the threads to protect the threads during installation and removal.
