This AVID titanium body bolt kit is a performance upgrade for securing body panels and plastics across a wide range of machines. It replaces heavy steel fasteners with precision made, lightweight, corrosion resistant titanium hardware for improved durability and a clean, long lasting finish.

Each bolt is CNC machined from Ti-6Al-4V titanium and features full thread engagement and a Torx head for improved drive control and reduced stripping. This kit fits most standard body panel locations on Polaris, Can-Am, and Yamaha models, making it a strong replacement for OEM hardware.

For best results always use anti seize on the shank through all mounting locations and blue lock tite on the threads to protect the threads during installation and removal.
