Riding in the dunes is one of the best activities you can do with your UTV. One issue with riding in the dunes is the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requires all riders to have safety flags attached to their machine at all times. This means that owners have to attach a whip that extends the flag 8-feet above the ground. The Agency Power universal whip is 5 feet which is within regulation.
