Yes. S&B particle separators use versatile billet clamps that mount to horizontal roll cage bars, the upper roll cage bar, or the lower roll cage bar, and fit most roof configurations. If you have a custom cage, larger clamp and spacer kits are sold separately to ensure a secure fit.

Does mounting on the upper roll bar provide more airflow?

When the particle separator is installed on the upper roll cage bar, it takes advantage of ram air induction as the vehicle moves forward, pulling additional airflow into the intake. This extra airflow helps your engine maintain power and fuel economy, which makes it the preferred mounting position for a race-tuned UTV.

Will a particle separator work on my custom cage or aftermarket rack?

Most S&B particle separators fit most roof configurations out of the box. For custom cage builds or other aftermarket racks, larger clamp and spacer kits are sold separately to ensure proper functionality. The S&B Maverick R version mounts inside the OEM intake scoop rather than on the roll bars, so it does not conflict with Linq pivoting rack accessory systems or other aftermarket racks mounted to the cage.

Do S&B particle separators work with B filters?

Yes. S&B particle separators are designed to work alongside S&B replacement air filters. The system ejects dust before it reaches the filter, so the filter stays cleaner longer and your engine produces more power throughout the ride.
