At the core of the kit are our Demon Heavy Duty Axles, engineered through years of research and built for riders who push the limits. These axles feature oversized CV joints and shafts with a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage, enhanced by our proprietary dual heat treatment process for maximum strength and long-term durability. The double plunge design allows 1.5 inches of inboard travel and up to 47° of articulation, providing smooth motion and consistent traction even in the roughest terrain.

To keep you riding longer, we’ve equipped each axle with TPEE boots — more puncture- and heat-resistant than OEM rubber — and packed them with molybdenum grease for ultra-smooth operation.

Complementing the axle upgrade are our Demon Heavy Duty Ball Joints — built from dual heat-treated 4340 chromoly steel and zinc-plated for long-lasting durability. Designed to be twice as strong as stock, they feature a thicker stud, integrated grease fitting, and a threaded cap for adjustability and serviceability — giving you complete control over stud tension and long-term performance.

Rounding out the kit is our X-Treme Heavy Duty Tie Rod Race Spec, crafted from 7075 aircraft-grade billet aluminum with chromoly steel rod ends and chrome/zinc-plated heim joints. These tie rods are built to eliminate OEM failure points and enhance steering precision while resisting corrosion through years of abuse.
