A Extreme Duty 4130 Chromoly TIG Welded Winch Plate. Fits most aftermarket winches up to 3000lbs. Manufactured to mate up with Sandcraft Steering Rack Stabilizer. Utilizes mounting hardware for the Sandcraft Steering Rack Stabilizer.
