The Polaris RZR Pro R is already one of the most versatile machines on the market—but we set out to push it even further. Our rock kit transforms the Pro R into the ultimate trail and rock weapon by re-engineering key suspension components for increased clearance and durability where it matters most.

Front A-Arm Changes: We’ve eliminated the stock shock fork design, allowing us to gain an impressive 4" of added ground clearance with our lower control arms. This not only improves obstacle clearance but also reduces leverage on the shock shaft, promoting longer shock life and improved ride dynamics for rock crawling. 

Trailing Arm Changes: In the rear, we removed the factory toe link setup and replaced it with a fixed toe link integrated directly into the trailing arm. This change results in a massive 3.5" increase in added ground clearance, while also eliminating the common snag point that hangs up on rocks and trail debris.

• Front Fork Delete for Maximum Clearance: Eliminating the factory shock fork allows for a full 4" of additional front ground clearance, giving you more room to tackle rocks, ruts, and rugged terrain. The eyelet to replace to fork is provided in the kit. 
• Toe Link Delete Trailing Arms: Our redesigned trailing arms remove the factory toe link and integrate a fixed toe, providing 3.5" of added rear ground clearance and eliminating a common hang-up point on rocky trails.
• Proudly Hand TIG Welded in the USA: Every kit is expertly hand TIG welded to ensure unmatched strength, precision, and attention to detail. Including, double pass welds on all critical points.
• High-Quality USA-Made Grooved Delrin Bushings: Includes high-performance Delrin bushings for long-lasting durability and smooth, quiet operation under harsh conditions, with thousands of race tested miles. Grooved to disperse the grease between the bushings & the crush sleeves.
• Grease Zerk Fittings on All A-Arms: All A-arms come pre-installed with grease zerks, making maintenance quick and easy.
