This new Calibration Upgrade Package will improve your overall riding experience. It especially improves the transition from clutch pack engagement to CVT low ratio. In most driving conditions it provides better fuel economy. Our testing shows longer clutch pack and belt life.

This Package has a retail value of $600, for a limited time we are selling it to our customers for just $299.99. This package includes a Primary Spring, a set of RG-75 Weights, Weight Pins and Nuts, Primary Decal, Cam, Blue Loctite and a new Belt.

This upgrade works on the following machines:

• Model year 2014 and 2015 Polaris RZR 1000XP w/10-169 Secondary (#15-514 Duraclutch Kit)
• Model year 2014 and 2015 Polaris RZR 1000XP w/10-191 Secondary (#15-514 Duraclutch Kit)
• Model year 2016 through 2021 Polaris RZR 1000XP w/10-156 Secondary (#15-515 Duraclutch Kit)
• Model year 2016 through 2021 Polaris RZR 1000XP w/10-192 Secondary (#15-515 Duraclutch Kit)
• Model Year 2016 thru 2023 RZR 900 WITH A 10-156 SECONDARY (#15-504 Duraclutch Kit)
• Model Year 2016 thru 2023 RZR 900 WITH A 10-192 SECONDARY (#15-504 Duraclutch Kit)

Secondary Part Number is on a decal on front &/or engraved on back outer edge of sheave

This RZR 1000-2 Calibration Upgrade Package is for current owners of a 15-514 Duraclutch System up to 2/22/2021 and a Secondary with the part #10-169 or #10-191 (Part Number is on a decal on front &/or engraved on back outer edge of sheave). Approximate dates with part #10-169 are 4/2019 through 12/2019 and the dates for part #10-191 are 11/2019 through 2/22/2021.

This RZR 1000-2 Calibration Upgrade Package is for current owners of a part #15-515 Duraclutch System up to 2/22/2021 and a Secondary part #10-156 or #10-192 (Part Number is on a decal on front &/or engraved on back outer edge of sheave). Approximate dates for part #10-156 are 10/2018 through 12/2019 and part #10-192 are from 11/2019 through 2/22/2021.

This RZR 900-2 Calibration Upgrade Package is for current owners of a part # 15-504 Duraclutch System up to 7/22/22 and secondary part # 10-156 or 10-192. Approximate dates for part #10-156 are 10/2018 through 12/2019 and part #10-192 are from 11/2019 through 7/22/22.
