At the heart of the kit are Demon Heavy Duty Axles, crafted with oversized CV joints, 4340 Chromoly steel inner cages, and our proprietary dual heat treatment process. The double plunge design offers 1.5” of inboard travel and up to 47° of articulation, delivering smooth power transfer across rough, uneven terrain. Outfitted with high-performance TPEE boots and molybdenum grease, these axles are built to ride longer and harder.

For superior steering response and durability, the X-Treme Heavy Duty Ball Joint Race Spec feature a threaded 4340 chromoly body with a 300M stud — eliminating the need for a snap ring while ensuring secure fitment and rugged endurance. Fully adjustable, rebuildable, and greaseable, these joints are built to outlast OEM under high-stress use with oversized tires and lifted setups.

The X-Treme Heavy Duty Tie Rod Race Spec take steering integrity even further. Made from 7075 aircraft-grade billet aluminum and paired with chromoly steel rod ends and heim joints, this setup is engineered to resist flex and failure.
