Lock and load your 2024+ Polaris Xpedition and get ready for serious performance. This kit is designed to wake up your Xpedition with a proven ECU flash that delivers horsepower gains from low to high RPM and provides the “snap” you’re looking for. The AA Stage 3 clutch kit complements the tuning by efficiently transferring power to the wheels while eliminating the lazy factory clutching setup and poor belt grip. Finishing the package is the Dual Suppressor Slip-On Exhaust, bringing your machine to life with a deep tone while maintaining a refined sound level.

With the ECU flash and dual muffler exhaust, the motor produces power at a lower RPM, allowing clutching at 7600-7800 RPM while achieving +12 RWHP over factory at 8200-8400 RPM. The exhaust design provides significant gains over single muffler systems and delivers a deeper tone without being significantly louder than stock. Extensive dyno and real-world testing ensures improved power, drivability, and overall performance, making this a highly effective upgrade for the Xpedition platform.
