HCR’S Duner series was created for serious dune enthusiasts who need additional strength without adding weight. The alloy used to manufacture the Duner kit is 30% stronger in tensile and yield strength compared to 4130 chromoly. It endures several treatments and is hardened for better wear resistance and overall strength. All HCR kits run a 4130 heat-treated billet end allowing all internal and external plating to be attached, eliminating a potential weak point.

• 1.75" longer wheelbase for better hill climbing, descents, and high-speed stability
• High-clearance boxed front A-arms and high-clearance rear trailing arms provide 1.25” of added ground clearance
• Front tube mounts are 1.25” in diameter—larger than stock—with Delrin bushings for increased strength and durability.
• Laser-cut construction for precise fit and finish
• Chromoly mounting points for increased structural integrity
• Manufactured with HCR Elite Alloy, 30% stronger than 4130 chromoly
• TIG-welded by hand for strength and aesthetics
• Improved approach angles reduce surface attraction and friction

• 4 front A-arms
• 2 rear trailing arms
• Replacement bushings
• Brake line mounting hardware

Notes:

• Reuses OEM ball joints, A-arm mounting hardware, crush sleeves, trailing arm radial bearings, trailing arm mounting hardware, and sway bar hardware
• No radius links included
• Minor relief cutting may be required
