It is a suspension upgrade for off-road vehicles. It consists of two or more tubular rods that connect the axle housing to the chassis. The radius rods help to locate the axle housing, control its movement, and resist lateral forces during hard cornering or off-road driving. Designed to provide increased ground clearance, which is important for off-road vehicles that encounter obstacles such as rocks, logs, and uneven terrain. The billet construction provides increased strength and durability over the stock radius rods, which can bend or break under heavy use.
