Gilomen Innovations OEM Rubber Intake Boot / Throttle Body Adaptor

For OEM 3023789, 1205301. Leaks at the intake boots due to cracks or poor sealing against the cylinder head are very common. These boots are the revised type offered by polaris and better quality than the previous version. If your machine is experiencing idle quality issues here is how you test it.

Start the engine and let it warm up good then spray the rubber intake boots with carburetor cleaner where the intake connects to the cylinder head. If you notice a change in rpm up or down when you spray it then you have a vacuum leak. Vacuum leaks are very common due to cracked boots or not sealing against the cylinder head surface. This is a common issue we see frequently here in our shop.
