With Dalton's "Quick Adjust" flyweight system, you can easily customize the clutch without removing the flyweights. Our adjustable clutch kit for the 2016-2023 Polaris 900cc RZR models is similar to the stock tire kit but includes a secondary clutch spring better suited for specific applications. It features adjustable flyweight lever arms and most components found in the stock kit. While designed for larger tires, the kit can also accommodate smaller tires (26-27") with the optional secondary spring DPSS-B/BL-T. This optional spring allows easy conversion between the two kits. The instructions provide setups for the optional spring and various tire sizes. Maximize performance and adaptability with our versatile clutch kit.

What about the 4 seat version? Our clutch kit was specifically designed, tested, and developed for the two-seat version of the Polaris 900cc RZR model. Clutch calibration is essential and depends on factors like horsepower, vehicle weight, terrain, and tires. While similar kits may work for different vehicle versions, we have not tested or can provide recommendations for the four-seat version. Please note that our kit's compatibility and performance for the four-seat version remain uncertain.
