Aftermarket Assassins '24+ Polaris Xpedition Custom Tuned RTD w/ ECU Unlock
Requires ECU to be sent to AA be unlocked unless purchasing ECU outright: After the initial unlock, the ECU can now be flashed at any time using the AA/HP Tuners RTD and your smartphone. Standard Unlock Process (Average 4-10 business days): Within 1 business day after purchase, we will send you instructions on sending in your ECU. You will be responsible for shipping the ECU to AA. Once at it arrives at AA, the ECU will take 1-2 business days to complete. Your ECU will then be sent back via standard/your selection of order shipping. Turnaround time greatly varies on your location and how long shipping takes to/from AA in Wisconsin.
Express Unlock Process (Average 2-3 business days): For the continental US 48 states ONLY We will send you a UPS Next Day Air label and instructions. You will need to attach this label to your own ECU package, then give the package to your local UPS drop-off location. Once at AA, the ECU will take 1-2 business days to complete. The ECU will then be sent back to you via Next Day shipping. When the ECU arrives, we'll read your stock file and keep a file folder for your stock/tune files. We'll then flash it with the unlock file so it's ready to use with the RTD. All other parts on the express flash order will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified/selected during order checkout. Keep in mind we cannot guarantee same day programming or control UPS shipping times/delays. We will do everything possible to turn the ECU around as fast as possible. Through our advanced ECU tuning we are able to modify parameters correctly to gain you the power needed. We are highly experienced in tuning UTV's and this will show. We were the first to flash the Polaris MG1 ECU, and spent a huge amount of time in R&D to develop the most powerful ECU calibrations (tunes) possible. Choose between different tunes for 87 octane or 91 octane (will sacrifice a few HP for 87 octane)
Level 1: This tune can be run on a bone stock Xpedition on 91-93 octane fuel. This tune adds +3-4 RWHP (5-6 crank HP) putting you at roughly 120 crank horsepower with just a flash! Add clutching and you are a huge 8-9 RWHP above OEM! We highly suggest our S3 clutch kit with this tune as it loads the Xpedition better down low for more torque transfer, allows peak RPM to ramp up faster in the mid/high end, and has slightly higher peak RPM for better peak power. This tune can be run with an aftermarket exhaust without any issue, but our Level 2 tune is the best option for aftermarket exhaust as it's slightly richer for more power and less heat.
Level 2: This tune is developed for an Xpedition with aftermarket exhaust on 91-93 octane. This tune adds +7-8 RWHP. Due to how these motors/tuning works, this tune should work with about any aftermarket exhaust, but was tested and designed with our AA Dual Suppressor Slip-On Exhaust.

- The Xpedition uses a new Bosch MG1 ECU. Currently no programmers are available that flash without first having the ECU unlocked. The HP Tuners RTD allows the ECU to be flashed remotely at any time once the unlock process has been completed from AA.
- Allows you to flash the ECU, log engine parameters and view/erase trouble codes from your phone!

- Speed limiter removed in low and high gears (Speed limit is 68 MPH in High and 27 MPH in Low for crew models)
- Start in any gear with brake
- More throttle % in low gear and reverse as the factory limits these gears to not open the throttle fully
- Dyno graph is shown with 32" tires which showed a gain on the dyno due to building speed quicker. See a list of power levels on 32" tires below.
- Stock with OEM Heavy Clutch Weights (some 2024's and all 2025+ models) = 80rwhp estimated
- Stock with 32" Tires (light weights, 8300 peak RPM) = 96 RWHP
- Stock with Cruiser clutch setup (7500-7800 RPM) = 86 RWHP
- S3 Cruiser clutch kit + L1 Flash = 88 RWHP
- S3 Clutch Kit (not Cruiser) with stock ECU = 100 RWHP
- S3 Clutch Kit (not Cruiser) and L1 Flash = 103 RWHP
- S3 Cruiser Clutch Kit + Exhaust + L2 Flash = 108 RWHP
- Stealth Kit (no ECU flash) with cruiser clutch setup & exhaust = 103-104 RWHP

- If you're unsure if your Xpedition is an EVAP model or not, check your Emissions Control sticker located on the front driver's side frame rail above the shock.
