UTV Exhaust Parts and Exhaust Systems
Everything that moves gas out the back of your machine lives on this page. Mufflers and slip-ons, head pipes, mid pipes, cat delete pipes, gaskets, oxygen sensors, turbo seals, heat blankets, quiet cores, and baffles. Some riders come here for a full power build. Plenty of others just need a gasket because the old one blew out on a ride, or a replacement O2 sensor so the check engine light goes away. We shop the same brands our crew runs on their own builds, which is why you'll see RPM Powersports, Trinity Racing, Aftermarket Assassins, Evolution Powersports, and HMF across the exhaust parts we stock.
Fitment drives all of it, so filter by your model before you add anything to the cart. We carry exhaust for the Can-Am Maverick X3, Maverick R, and Commander; the Polaris RZR XP Turbo, Pro XP, and Turbo R; the Honda Talon; and the Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000. Sound level is the question riders ask most. A quiet core or baffle drops the volume back down on a loud setup, and heat blankets do the opposite job by holding heat inside the pipe instead of dumping it into your engine bay. Prices on this page run from a gasket under $10 up to a full custom turbo-back build. Most products ship the same day, and our Service and Build Center can handle the install if you'd rather not do it yourself.

FAQ
What UTV exhaust parts do you carry?
Slip-ons and mufflers, head pipes and mid pipes, cat delete and bypass pipes, gaskets, oxygen sensors, turbo seals, heat blankets, quiet cores, and baffles. We also carry complete exhaust systems, along with the small hardware that goes with them.
What exhaust parts fit a Can-Am Maverick?
Slip-ons, full systems, mid pipes, gaskets, and quiet cores are all available for the Maverick X3, X3 Max, and Turbo R from brands like RPM Powersports and Trinity Racing. Filter by your year and trim to see only the products that fit your machine.
How much does aftermarket exhaust change the sound level?
Anything you add is louder than stock, and a full setup is noticeably louder than a slip-on. Most brands sell a quiet core or baffle that brings the sound level back down for trails and campgrounds with noise limits.
Do I need a spark arrestor on my UTV exhaust?
Federal land and most public riding areas require one. Many of our exhaust systems include a USFS-approved spark arrestor, and Trinity Racing builds them into their systems as standard, so check the product page for your part before you ride.
Do you carry exhaust parts for Polaris, Honda, and Kawasaki?
We do. Polaris RZR and Ranger, Honda Talon and Pioneer, and Kawasaki Teryx and KRX 1000 all have exhaust options on this page, plus Yamaha, Arctic Cat, and CFMoto coverage.
How do I know which exhaust gasket or sensor I need?
Search by your make, model, and year, since gaskets and sensors are specific to the engine and not interchangeable across machines. Give our team a call if the fitment isn't clear, and we'll get you the right part.
Can I install UTV exhaust parts myself?
Most slip-on and accessory installs take basic hand tools and an hour or two in the driveway. A full system takes longer since the head pipe comes off, and our Service and Build Center handles that work if you'd rather hand it off.
