UTV Exhaust Parts
A UTV exhaust operates just like any other combustion engine exhaust system. It consists of pipes that direct the exhaust gases away from your engine through the rear of your UTV. The process starts with the exhaust manifold, channeling gasses through the catalytic converter and muffler before exiting through the tailpipe. Some of our exhaust parts for UTVs include:- Catalytic converters: These devices take toxic emissions and change them into less harmful gases.
- Exhaust gaskets: Gaskets prevent leakage from the air inlet between the exhaust manifold and cylinder heads.
- Bypass pipes: These pipes deliver the trademark UTV exhaust sound while adding a touch of power.
- Heat blankets: These insulators help keep heat in the exhaust while reducing engine temperature as gases move through the system.
- Turbo seals: Our turbo seals eliminate oil leakage and reduce blow.
- Oxygen sensors: These sensors help regulate your motor's air-to-fuel ratio.
Benefits of an Aftermarket Exhaust System
While there are many benefits of upgrading a UTV exhaust, especially on tuned machines, one of the primary benefits is the look and sound that is offered. Stock exhausts are not typically designed to offer a clean or sporty look. Aftermarket exhaust manufacturers put a heavy focus on ensuring their exhaust systems sound great, and will have you turning heads on the trail! An optimized exhaust system achieves four primary benefits:- Improved airflow
- Improved sound profiles
- Allows for further tuning
- Decreased emissions
