Toward the end of last year we got a call from our good buddy Ian Blomgren at Full Throttle Battery inviting us out on a ride with he and the crew from Destination Polaris. Those are the types of opportunities that you just never say no to! Our team was stoked to get out to Northern Idaho to tackle some new terrain and trail systems.
We could not have had better timing, the fall colors where in full effect, temps were perfect, and the views were endless! We loaded up a few our of our favorite machines for the trip, a couple RZR Turbo S 4 Seaters and a Polaris General XP4. Ian from Full Throttle brought out his RZR Pro XP 4 Seater to give us a nice mix of machines. We stayed in the small town of Coolin, ID at The Inn at Priest Lake.
Our destination was the Lookout Tower on Sundance Mountain. The road to the summit is a little under 10 miles and is full of steep switchbacks. We were able to take some epic footage on the way up, catching glimpses of the spectacular views through the tree breaks. At the top we had 360 degree views as far as the eye could see, but we took it one step farther and made the climb up the Lookout Tower! Epic views of the mountain range, Priest Lake, and the small towns spotted throughout the landscape!
