The factory Yamaha YXZ1000 cage mounts use undersized 10 mm bolts in oversized holes, which creates movement, flex, and long-term wear. This oversized titanium hardware kit solves the problem by allowing the factory holes to be reamed to 12 mm and upgraded with precision-made titanium hardware. The result is improved clamping strength, tighter fitment, and increased chassis rigidity for demanding off-road conditions.

Each fastener is CNC machined from Ti-6Al-4V titanium for consistent quality and proper fitment at all cage mounting points. This kit is designed to reduce weight, improve corrosion resistance, and provide a clean hardware upgrade for YXZ1000 builds that need maximum strength and reliability.

For best results always use anti seize on the shank through all pivot locations and blue lock tite on the threads to protect the threads during installation and removal.
