Aftermarket Assassins '24+Polaris RZR XP 1000 Stealth Kit1
This kit is for those looking to quiet down their 2024+ Polaris RZR XP 1000 while still making power! The 2024+ RZR XP 1000 is a fun machine, but Polaris left room for improvement on the table - especially when it comes to noise! This simple kit is the best way to wake up your 24+ XP1K while helping reduce that obnoxious noise while cruising and wide open throttle. Our AA Stage 3 clutch kit works great by allowing for lower cruising and wide open throttle RPM, more efficient power transfer to the wheels and ridding yourself of the very lazy factory clutching setup and poor belt grip. We finish out the kit with our newly developed AA Dual Suppressor slip-on exhaust and it's just what your machine needs to get rid of the obnoxious drone! We set out to produce an exhaust that looks great, sounds great with a deep tone and has adjustable sound levels while producing the most power possible.
Kit includes:
- AA Stage 3 Clutch Kit with primary clutch limiter and AA Stainless Dual Suppressor Slip-on Exhaust.
- Works with all models including ones with Dynamix and/or Evap models.
- With our dual muffler design, this exhaust sounds amazing with a nice deep tone but not significantly louder than the OEM exhaust. The power gains are significant over a single muffler exhaust as these motors LOVE the increased exhaust volume. No single muffler will compare! At idle, off idle and wide open throttle you will notice a bit more rumble but when cruising, this exhaust is quieter than the stock exhaust. The deeper tone helps cover up some of the engine noise/drone. See here for more information on the exhaust: Dual Suppressor Slip-On Exhaust
- Will Not fit with most rear bumpers. But the power gains and sound of this high volume exhaust is completely worth it over a single muffler!
- Requires trimming the rear exhaust plastic cover (See Images above)
Stage 3 Clutch Kit includes:
- Setup/Installation sheet, AA Recoil magnetic adjustable clutch weights, primary spring, primary limiter washer, secondary spring and AA helix. The initial setup guideline shows the best setups for dunes, mud, or all around trail riding. This also has brief instructions on installing your clutch kit among other important information.
- The 2024+ XP 1000 is clutched very odd from the factory. The vehicle winds out RPM right from the gate and does not transfer any torque until you hit peak RPM. This is somewhat of a race setup, but really all around it does not work well. Our kit helps combat this with our helix specifically designed for this model, along with our weights and springs that are all key components in transferring power to the rear tire efficiently. This is shown on the dyno and felt in real world driving (butt dyno). The clutch kit also adds huge belt grip and is especially needed when going to larger tires. The Performance helix gains the most acceleration, while the High Load helix is a little more than stock but less aggressive for excessively heavy/large tires, crawling, or mud riding.
- Our "Cruiser" setup (listed in the included clutch setup sheet) is for those looking for less cruising RPM and less noise. The '24+ RZR XP1K has a higher running RPM from the factory and is extremely loud for a stock machine. The cruiser option loads the primary clutch weights heavier with the included magnets. No need to purchase a completely different kit if looking for a quieter ride. This setup drops peak RPM down to roughly 7500-7800 RPM instead of 8300-8600 like factory. This does lose a little bit of peak horsepower, but if that's not your concern, this setup works extremely well for eliminating that brain rattling buzz while still pulling hard. This setup also has even smoother engagement, crawls very well, and still has plenty of acceleration. Think more of a cross between a Ranger and RZR as far as acceleration and feel. The best part is you are not stuck with this setup. You can simply revert back to our standard clutch setups whenever wanting more performance. Switching the weights takes 15-30 minutes for most and gives you a chance to clean up/inspect your clutches.
High Load Helix 1067:
- Slightly less aggressive than the Performance helix with good acceleration gains/power transfer over the OEM helix. Designed to work better for heavier vehicles, heavier tires, heavy sand load or crawling type riding in mind. Works on 2 & 4 seat models with 30-35" tires or 30-33" paddles. Excellent all-around helix!
- Performance Helix 1068: Aggressive helix with acceleration/higher horsepower/aggressive fast pace drivers in mind. Works best with a tuned vehicle. Works on 2 seat models with 30-32" Tires. Not suggested for 4 seat models.
- The only special tool needed with our clutch kit is our Compression Tool #1

- We HIGHLY suggest running our Stryker Belt as we've found it grips much better in the clutches
- We also suggest our Revolver Billet Clutch Cover with Tower Lock for improved strength and airflow
- Have alignment issues? Use our P90X Secondary Clutch Alignment Shim Kit to set things straight
- Highly recommend upgrading to our Heavy Duty P90X Secondary Clutch Rollers
- For more information on the Dual Suppressor exhaust follow this link: 2024+ RZR XP 1000 Dual Suppressor Slip-On Exhaust
- Looking for less sound? We don't blame you, as the naturally aspirated XP1K is much louder than the Turbo RZRs. You can actually adjust the sound down a few dB even more with our 1.5" Stealth Quiet Core or 2.5" Spark Arrestor.
- Amazing sound that is fully adjustable when purchasing our 1.5" Stealth Quiet Core or Spark Arrestor.
- Oh... and get ready for your XP1K to flat out rip while producing less noise!
